How much does a basement clean out cost in Colorado?

Can your helpers get a heavy weight bench or old freezer out of my basement?
Yes. The crew plans heavy items around the stairway, removes parts that come off, and uses enough hands for the weight, up to 400 lb per item. Check whether your dumpster rental or curbside pickup accepts freezers before the job.
Can Rocket Services remove water-damaged items after a basement leak?
Yes. The crew can carry out soaked carpet pads, furniture and boxes. Mold remediation and water extraction need a specialized company, so call to confirm the scope if the basement has mold or standing water.
Is basement demolition part of a basement clean out?
No. A clean out removes belongings and debris. Tearing out carpet, drywall or cabinets is a different job, and construction or renovation clean outs are outside the scope.
