How much does an eviction clean out cost in Denver?

Rocket Services bills eviction clean outs from $99/hr for one helper or $149/hr for two, with a 2-hour minimum, plus $1 per round-trip mile from Aurora. A furnished unit often needs three or four helpers. Photos of the unit lead to the most accurate free quote.

Does Rocket Services handle the legal side of an eviction?

No. Rocket Services provides the labor only, and only with the sheriff on site. Notices, timelines and rules for the tenant's property are the owner's responsibility, so check with your attorney or property manager before scheduling. Book the clean out for the sheriff's scheduled visit.

Can the crew keep certain items separate during an eviction clean out?

Yes. Point out anything that must be stored, returned or kept, and the crew will set it aside and leave it in a spot you choose. Mark those items clearly if you cannot be on site.

What if the unit has trash, food or damage?

The crew carries out household trash, spoiled food and damaged furniture along with everything else. Biohazardous waste, needles, chemicals and hazardous materials are not handled, so call to confirm the scope if the unit has those conditions.
