Staging help is hourly: 2 helpers are $149/hr and 3 are $199/hr, with a 2-hour minimum per visit (3 hours for 4 to 6 people, 4 hours for 7 or more), then 15-minute increments. A 3-bedroom home staged from a storage unit often takes 3 helpers about 3 hours, about $597 plus mileage. Destaging is a separate visit.
Do you bring or deliver the staging furniture?
No. Rocket Services is labor only. You, the stager or the furniture rental company bring the pieces. The crew carries them in from your truck, garage or storage unit, assembles them and places them where the stager wants.
Can the crew hang art, mirrors or curtains while staging?
No. The crew doesn't hang anything on walls, mount TVs or anchor furniture. They carry, assemble and place furniture and decor that sits on the floor, shelves or tables.
Can you destage the home after it sells?
Yes. Book destaging as its own visit. The crew takes the furniture apart where needed and carries it back to your truck, garage or storage unit, at the same hourly rates with a 2-hour minimum (3 hours for 4 to 6 people, 4 hours for 7 or more).
How much does it cost to hire help for loading and unloading in Colorado?
Rocket Services charges by the hour: 1 helper $99/hr, 2 helpers $149/hr, 3 helpers $199/hr and 4 helpers $269/hr, up to 8 helpers at $549/hr.
