Eviction Set-Out Help in Denver, Aurora and Colorado
When a court-ordered eviction is scheduled, Rocket Services sends a labor crew so the move-out finishes while the sheriff's deputy is on site. The crew carries out belongings with care, bags loose items, takes apart beds and furniture, and places everything where the owner or manager directs. Insured W-2 crews, every crew member background-checked, at posted hourly rates.

"This team was super helpful even before they started. They answered their email to answer questions we had. They communicated well, hit their arrival time, finished before the allotted time (giving us a small credit) and were super efficient at packing our stuff into a POD. They worked hard to be kind to our belongings and our property. Would 100% work with them again."

"Jose and crew helped unload our PODS at their storage location and move into our apartment in Boulder, CO. They were very engaged with the process and coordinated with the building management team to comply with HOA rules and regulations. It was a very smooth move in this stressful time. We will work with them again when we move to a permanent home in the near future."

"I would definitely use this service again. The two man crew arrived on time and were well prepared to unload our POD. They were respectful and asked where we wanted the items placed. They worked quickly and hard to place furniture where we wanted it. They were super respectful of the property and did a great job!"
