Yes. Landlords, property managers and HOAs can book turnovers, labor-only clean outs, evictions with the sheriff on site, staging and moving furniture between units, at hourly rates with no monthly fee:

Do you help with rental turnovers?
Yes, labor only. For landlords and property managers, the crew clears out units, moves furniture between units, and carries items to your dumpster or the curb, at hourly rates from $149 per hour for 2 helpers with a 2-hour minimum, with no monthly fee. Drywall, painting and cleaning aren't offered.
