Furniture Assembly or In-Home Move? Moving Helpers Near Me, Explained
One is about putting furniture together. The other is about carrying it. Here is how to book the right one.
Book furniture assembly when the job is putting pieces together or taking them apart: $99/hr for 1 helper with a 1-hour minimum. Book an in-home move when heavy pieces need carrying between rooms or floors: $149/hr for 2 helpers with a 2-hour minimum. Need both? Book the in-home move and add assembly.

Do you mount TVs or hang shelves?

Is particleboard furniture covered?
Particleboard furniture is not covered for damage during assembly or disassembly, because it can crack along the joints.
What is the heaviest item you can move?
