How much does bunk bed assembly cost in Colorado?
Rocket Services bills bunk bed assembly hourly: $99/hr for one technician or $129/hr for two, with a one-hour minimum. Simple twin over twin frames finish faster than loft beds with desks or storage stairs. Mileage is $1 per round-trip mile from Aurora.
Is it safe to have a handyman service build a bunk bed?
Safety comes from following the manufacturer instructions exactly, using every piece of hardware and installing the guardrails as shown. Rocket Services assemblers work in that order, raise the top bunk with two people and recheck upper bolts before finishing. Keep the instructions after assembly so you can check bolts again later.
Can your crew take apart a bunk bed and put it back together in the new house?
Yes. The crew can disassemble the bunk at the old home, bag the hardware by section, load it onto your rental truck and rebuild it at the new place. If the original instructions are missing, look up a copy online by brand and model before the crew arrives.
How tall does a ceiling need to be for a bunk bed?
That depends on the bed and mattress, so check the manufacturer's guidance. As a practical check, a child on the top bunk should be able to sit up without hitting the ceiling or a fan. Measure before booking so the bed is not built and then found to be too tall.
