How much does it cost to have an elliptical assembled?
Rocket Services bills $99/hr for one technician or $129/hr for two, with a one-hour minimum. Many home ellipticals take a bit over an hour; hybrid and commercial models take longer. Mileage is $1 per round-trip mile from Aurora.
Why does my elliptical click after I assembled it?
Clicks often come from a missing washer, a loose pivot bolt or a pedal arm that was not tightened fully. An assembler can go through the linkages, correct the hardware order and tighten each pivot. Worn bearings or damaged parts need manufacturer service.
How much ceiling height do I need for an elliptical?
Check the manual for the pedal step-up height, then add the tallest user's height and a few inches of clearance. Basements with low ceilings are the most common problem. Measure before booking so the machine goes in the right room the first time.
Can you assemble an elliptical upstairs?
Yes. The crew carries the boxed machine up and builds it in the room. The first flight is included, and each flight after that adds $20. Booking two assemblers helps with heavy boxes on stairs.
