How much does an REO clean out cost in Colorado?

REO clean outs are billed from $99/hr for one helper or $149/hr for two, with a 2-hour minimum, plus $1 per round-trip mile from Aurora. A house with a full garage can take several hours. Send photos of each area for a free quote with a realistic range before you commit.

Does someone need to be on site for a foreclosure clean out?

Yes. Foreclosure clean outs are done only with the sheriff on site, and a clear scope helps the day go smoothly. Label anything that stays. The crew flags anything unusual before starting, and completion can be confirmed by phone or email.

Can you clean out a foreclosure in winter?

Yes, as long as the pathways are cleared of snow so the crew can work safely. Arrange snow clearing before the clean out. Severe weather may lead to rescheduling for safety.

What items does the crew not handle at a foreclosed property?

Paint, chemicals, fuel, batteries, tires, asbestos and biohazardous waste are not handled. Disposal is up to you, so check what your dumpster rental accepts for appliances, electronics and mattresses. Call to confirm the scope if the property has mold, heavy damage or any of those items.
