Why does my futon not fold flat after I built it?
Common causes are pivot bolts that are overtightened, a roller in the wrong track or a back rail installed upside down. An assembler can take the mechanism apart, correct it and test it. Missing or bent parts have to come from the manufacturer, so check the parts list first.
Can someone assemble a futon in a college dorm in Colorado?

Is a futon the same as a sleeper sofa for assembly?
