House Clean Out is billed at the Clean Outs (Labor Only) hourly rate, so you only pay for the time we work.

Do I have to be at the house during the clean out?

Can Rocket Services clean out a rural property with sheds and outbuildings?
Yes. The crew can clear barns, sheds and outbuildings along with the house, carrying items to your dumpster or the curb. Tearing down a structure is outside the scope. Tires, fuel and chemicals are not handled.
Can the crew move the things I keep to my new home?
Yes. The crew can pack and load kept items into the rental truck, container or storage unit you arrange. Mention it when you book so the crew can load keep items first before clearing the rest.
