How much does it cost to clean out a backyard shed?
Most shed clean outs use one or two helpers at $99/hr or $149/hr with a 2-hour minimum. The size of the shed and how full it is drive the total. Send photos for a free quote.
Can the crew carry an old lawn mower or snow blower out of my shed?
Yes, once the fuel and oil are drained. The crew does not handle gas cans or fuel. Working equipment can be set aside for you to donate, and broken machines can go to the curb or be set aside for scrap metal recycling.
Can you clear out my garage at the same time as the shed?
Yes. The crew can clear the garage, shed and yard in one visit at the same hourly rate, carrying everything to your dumpster or the curb. Tearing down the shed itself is not part of a labor-only clean out.
What shed items can the crew not handle?
Fuel, gas cans, fertilizer, pesticides, pool chemicals, paint, batteries, propane tanks and tires are not handled. Take those to a household hazardous waste drop-off. Almost everything else in a typical shed, from tools to lumber scraps, can go to your dumpster or the curb.
