Warehouse Clean Out is billed at the Clean Outs (Labor Only) hourly rate, so you only pay for the time we work.

How much does a warehouse clean out cost?
Warehouse jobs are billed hourly, with two helpers from $149/hr and four from $269/hr, and a 2-hour minimum. A photo walkthrough or site visit helps set the right crew size.
Can the crew clear out old pallets?
Yes. Pallets are broken down or stacked and carried to your dumpster, or set aside for your pallet recycler. Stacking them near the dock before the crew arrives speeds things up. Pallets loaded with product should be broken down or moved by forklift first, since the crew works by hand.
Does the crew operate forklifts or pallet jacks?
No, the crew works by hand with dollies and straps. If heavy palletized goods need to be moved to the dock, have a forklift operator on-site. The crew can then break down the pallets and hand-carry the contents.
Can a warehouse clean out include hazardous materials?
No. Chemicals, oils, paint, fuel, batteries, tanks, asbestos and unsealed liquids are on the prohibited list. Arrange a hazardous waste service to remove those first. Once they are gone, the crew can clear the remaining shelving, inventory and debris.
