★★★★★
"This team was super helpful even before they started. They answered their email to answer questions we had. They communicated well, hit their arrival time, finished before the allotted time (giving us a small credit) and were super efficient at packing our stuff into a POD. They worked hard to be kind to our belongings and our property. Would 100% work with them again."

What is the difference between white glove packing and regular packing?
Regular packing focuses on getting everything boxed efficiently. White glove packing wraps each fragile item on its own, adds cushioning between layers, protects framed pieces and mirrors, and labels boxes in more detail. It takes more time per box, so plan for a longer job than a standard pack of the same home.
Is my china and crystal covered if something breaks during packing?
Rocket Services covers damage at $0.60 per pound per item, up to $1,000 per job or the total cost of the job, whichever is less. That is a basic level of coverage, so for valuable china or crystal, consider your own third-party insurance. Report any visible damage to the team leader before the crew leaves, and photograph valuable pieces before packing day.
How long does white glove packing take for a house?
It depends on how many fragile rooms you have. A kitchen full of glassware or a large art collection takes noticeably longer than bedrooms of clothing. Adding a second or third packer shortens the day. Share room counts and special items when you request a quote so the crew size fits the job.
Can the white glove packers also unpack at my new home?
Yes. Unpacking is billed at the same hourly rate and can be booked right after the move or another day. Because the boxes are labeled in detail, the crew can put fragile items back on shelves quickly. Call (720) 336-1661 to add unpacking to your booking.
