Event Setup & Takedown is billed at the Loading & Unloading Help hourly rate, so you only pay for the time we work.

Do event helpers stay for the whole event?
Usually not. Most events book one block for setup and another for teardown, each with its own 2-hour minimum. If you need helpers on site throughout, ask when you book and the office can quote a longer block.
Can the crew load event items from my storage unit into my rental truck?
Yes. You rent the truck or trailer and drive it, and the crew loads it at your storage unit and unloads it at the venue at hourly helper rates. Share item sizes and both addresses so the office can suggest a crew size. Call (720) 336-1661 to plan it.
How late can an event teardown crew work?
Crews typically work until 7 PM, so late-night teardowns may need to wrap up the next morning. Tell the office your event end time and venue rules so the teardown plan fits. Many venues also set their own load-out deadlines, so check those first.
