Rocket Services helpers start at $149/hr for two, with a 2-hour minimum, and time starts when the crew arrives. Mileage is $1 per round-trip mile from the Aurora base, charged from the first mile. A packed home with boxes ready by the door usually loads faster, which lowers the total.
How do helpers secure a U-Pack load so it does not shift?
The crew builds the load in sections, heaviest items on the floor against the wall, then boxes and lighter pieces on top. Each section is tied off with straps before the next begins. Bring straps or add them at booking so the crew has enough for the whole load.
Can helpers unload my U-Pack shipment when it arrives in Colorado?
Yes. Rocket Services helpers unload the equipment and carry items into your home, including reassembling beds and tables. Book once you know the arrival date, and share the address, stairs and parking details. Unloading uses the same hourly rate as loading.
Does Rocket Services arrange U-Pack equipment?
No. Equipment reservations, drop-off and pickup are handled directly with U-Pack. Rocket Services provides the loading and unloading labor on the Colorado end of the job, and can also sell supplies like straps, blankets and stretch wrap to go with it.
