• Arrival: a 2-hour arrival window, and the team leader calls on the day with an arrival time.
• The clock: hourly billing starts when the crew arrives at the first location and stops after unloading at the last one.
• Long days: crews work up to 8 hours or until 9 PM, with short paid rest breaks and, on jobs over 5 hours, an unpaid 30 to 60 minute meal break that isn't billed.
Someone should be on site to confirm details and sign the paperwork.

Rocket Services runs on a few simple rules: the customer picks the crew size, prices are posted before anyone calls, and bookings, cancellations and claims are handled in writing.
