Labor only: we sort, bag and carry items to your dumpster, curb or donation pile. You arrange the dumpster rental, city bulk pickup or donation pickup. Rocket Services provides hands-on decluttering help across the Denver Metro and Front Range, moving items so you can sort them, then carrying what you let go to your dumpster or the curb. Home Decluttering is billed at the Clean Outs (Labor Only) hourly rate, so you only pay for the time we work.

2-hour minimum, then billed in 15-minute increments. You arrange the dumpster or curbside pickup. Plus $1 per round-trip mile from our Aurora base (80017), stairs $20 per flight after the first, and $79 for same-day jobs.

How much does it cost to hire help decluttering a house?
Hourly decluttering help starts at $99/hr for one helper or $149/hr for two, with a 2-hour minimum. A single spare room often fits within that minimum, while a whole house can take a full day or several visits. Mileage is $1 per round-trip mile from Aurora.
Can Rocket Services help a senior downsize?
Yes. The crew moves furniture and boxes so decisions can be made at a comfortable pace, sets donations aside and carries discards to the dumpster or the curb. Family members can be present to help decide. If the downsizing leads to a move, the crew can also pack and load kept items into the truck you rent.
Will the crew decide what to throw away?
No, you or your family make every keep and discard decision. The crew brings items out, organizes them into piles you set up and carries out only what you mark. If items are clearly labeled ahead of time, the crew can work without you there.
What happens to things I donate from decluttering?
Clean, usable items in good working condition are set aside in one spot for you. Rocket Services does not run donation drop-offs, so plan for you, a family member or the charity to pick them up.
