Clean Outs (Labor Only)

Service Description

Clean Outs from Rocket Services are labor only: our crew sorts, bags and carries items to the dumpster you rented or to the curb. We don't haul anything away, so you see the real disposal cost. Typical jobs include house, apartment, garage, basement, attic, estate, rental property, storage unit, shed, office and retail clean outs. Eviction clean outs are done only with the sheriff on site. No hazardous materials, hoarding, crawl space, construction site or renovation clean outs. Rates are $99/hr for 1 helper, $149/hr for 2 helpers, $199/hr for 3 helpers and $269/hr for 4 helpers, with a 2-hour minimum. Time after the minimum is billed in 15-minute increments. Mileage is $1 per round-trip mile from the Aurora 80017 base on every job. Stairs add $20 per flight after the first, and same-day help is $79. The crew covers the Denver metro and Front Range, within 100 miles. Booking online sends a request; the office confirms by email, then the deposit is taken, and the final amount is billed when the job is done.
