Event Setup & Takedown (Labor Only)

Service Description

Event Setup & Takedown from Rocket Services provides a crew to carry and arrange tables, chairs and furniture before an event, then break down and stack everything after. Great for weddings, parties, school and church events, and company gatherings. Labor only: no rigging, tents, stages or electrical work, and we don't transport rentals. Rates are $99/hr for 1 helper, $149/hr for 2 helpers, $199/hr for 3 helpers and $269/hr for 4 helpers, with a 2-hour minimum. Time after the minimum is billed in 15-minute increments. Mileage is $1 per round-trip mile from the Aurora 80017 base on every job. Stairs add $20 per flight after the first, and same-day help is $79. The crew covers the Denver metro and Front Range, within 100 miles. Booking online sends a request; the office confirms by email, then the deposit is taken, and the final amount is billed when the job is done.
