Property Management Services from Rocket Services give landlords, property managers and HOAs labor-only help at regular hourly rates, with no monthly fee. What we do: unit turnover labor, clean outs to your dumpster or the curb, eviction clean outs with the sheriff on site, furniture moves and staging. You get priority scheduling, one point of contact and monthly invoicing. A certificate of insurance naming your property company as additional insured is available when a written contract requires it. Rates are $99/hr for 1 helper, $149/hr for 2 helpers, $199/hr for 3 helpers and $269/hr for 4 helpers, with a 2-hour minimum. Time after the minimum is billed in 15-minute increments. Mileage is $1 per round-trip mile from the Aurora 80017 base on every job. Stairs add $20 per flight after the first, and same-day help is $79. The crew covers the Denver metro and Front Range, within 100 miles. Booking online sends a request; the office confirms by email, then the deposit is taken, and the final amount is billed when the job is done.
