  • While our standard insurance options (Released Value Protection and Full Value Protection) cover basic and enhanced liability respectively, you may wish to obtain additional insurance for extra protection.
• What It Means for You:
  • Third‑party insurance policies are designed to provide more comprehensive coverage for high‑value or fragile items that may not be fully protected under our standard options.
• Your Responsibility:
  • Rocket Services LLC does not sell or underwrite third‑party insurance. If you decide to purchase a separate policy, you are responsible for securing that coverage and providing us with any necessary details or certificates prior to the move.
• Need Help?
  • We are happy to provide guidance or references to reputable third‑party insurance providers upon request.

B. Social Media and Marketing Clause

• Photography & Videography:
  • During our services, our team may take photographs or videos for internal quality control and marketing purposes. These images may be used on our website, social media channels, or promotional materials.
• Your Privacy:
  • We will not include any personally identifiable information (such as your full name or specific addresses) in any marketing materials without your explicit written consent.
• Opt‑Out Option:
  • If you prefer that images or videos from your service not be used for marketing purposes, please notify us before your service date. We will honor your request and take reasonable steps to exclude your property from such materials.
• Revocation:
  • Should you change your mind after your service, you may request that any future use of images be discontinued; however, please note that we may not be able to retract materials already published.

C. Special Services and Waivers

• Handling Hazardous Materials:
  • Our services do not include the handling or transport of hazardous materials. If any hazardous items are discovered during your service, we reserve the right to halt work and report the matter to the appropriate authorities.
• Special Handling for Large or Unusual Items:
  • Some items that are very large, bulky, or unusually shaped may require special techniques or additional equipment. In such cases, extra fees may apply, and you may be asked to sign a waiver acknowledging the additional risks.
• Police and Safety Investigations:
  • In the event that any suspicious items or activities are detected during our service, we reserve the right to suspend work and notify law enforcement as required by law. You agree to cooperate with any such investigations.
• Waiver of Minor Claims:
  • By using our services, you agree to waive any claims for minor damages or incidental losses resulting from special handling circumstances—except where such losses result from gross negligence or willful misconduct by our team.

  • By proceeding with our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all additional provisions outlined in this Appendix, along with the Main Agreement and all other Appendices.
• Updates and Amendments:
  • This Appendix may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes and provide you with the updated version along with your booking confirmation.
