1. Licensing & Insurance: Labor-Only Moving Help

• What We Do:
  • Rocket Services LLC provides labor-only moving help. Our crew loads, unloads, packs, unpacks, assembles, disassembles, arranges and carries items at your locations.
  • We never transport household goods. We don't drive, haul or store your belongings, and our crew never drives your truck.
• Permits:
  • Because we don't transport household goods, Rocket Services does not hold a Colorado PUC household goods permit or a USDOT number.
  • Our full legal name is Rocket Services LLC, Aurora, CO 80017.

2. Your Rental Truck or Container

• You Choose and Drive:
  • You choose, rent and drive your own rental truck, trailer or moving container (for example U-Haul, Penske, Budget, PODS or U-Box). Our crew loads and unloads it for you.
  • Securing the load for the road, driving, and everything in the vehicle or container once it is loaded are your responsibility.
• Rental Company Terms Apply on the Road:
  • Your rental company's contract, rules and coverage apply to the vehicle or container and to your belongings while they are on the road. Ask your rental company about its coverage (for example U-Haul Safemove).

3. Our Insurance

• General Liability Insurance:
  • Rocket Services carries general liability insurance for the work our crew performs at your locations.
• Workers' Compensation:
  • We carry workers' compensation insurance for our employees.
• Certificates of Insurance (COIs):
  • Certificates of insurance are available on request for buildings, HOAs and property managers.
  • We name a property company or building as additional insured when a written contract requires it.

4. Damage and Claims

• Damage Policy:
  • Our damage policy, including its limits and exclusions, is in Appendix D.
• Claims:
  • How to report damage and how claims are reviewed is explained in our Claims Policy.

5. Your Acknowledgment

• By Booking Our Services:
  • You acknowledge that Rocket Services provides labor only, that you are responsible for your rental truck or container and for driving and securing the load, and that you have been told where to find our damage policy and claims policy.
