1. Packing & Unpacking Services

1.1 Packing Services

• Overview: Our professional packing services help protect your belongings using high‑quality materials.
• What We Provide:
  • Professional boxing and securing item with bubble wrap, packing paper, and tape.
  • Careful labeling of boxes (including contents and destination room).
• Additional Options:
  • If you prefer to pack your own items, you can do so. (Items packed by you will be marked as “Packed by Owner” and are covered only when the box shows outside damage from our crew’s handling, and then at Released Value Protection, 60 cents per pound.)
  • Packing supplies can be added at an additional fee.
• Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide boxes, bubble wrap, packing paper, and tape, or purchase them from us as an add-on.
  • Clearly inform us if you choose to pack items yourself.
  • Mark fragile or high‑value items so our team knows to handle them with extra care.

1.2 Unpacking Services

• Overview: We help you settle in by unpacking and organizing your items at the destination.
• What We Provide:
  • Unboxing and placing items as directed.
  • Removal of packing materials if requested (subject to additional charges).
• Your Responsibilities:
  • Ensure designated areas are clear for unpacking.
  • Provide specific instructions for item placement.

2. Loading, Unloading & Moving Services

2.1 Loading & Unloading Services

• Overview: We safely load your items into our trucks, secure them for transit, and unload them at your destination. On labor-only jobs (your truck, container, or POD), securing the load for the road is your responsibility.
• What We Provide:
  • Professional lifting and moving techniques.
  • Equipment such as dollies, straps, moving blankets, and padding on full-service moves. On labor-only jobs, blankets, wrap, straps, and padding are not included and may be purchased as supplies.
  • Careful organization in the truck to prevent shifting and damage.
• Your Responsibilities:
  • Prepare access areas (clear pathways, secure pets, arrange parking).
  • Inform us about any obstacles (stairs, narrow doorways, limited elevator access).

2.2 Full-Service Moving

• Overview: Our moving services include the complete process from loading to transport and unloading.
• What We Provide:
  • Coordination of all steps for a smooth, full‑service move.
  • Assistance with reassembly of items if needed.
• Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate addresses and allow access to all locations.
  • Notify us in advance if any changes occur in your service details.

3. Additional Services

3.1 Furniture Assembly & Disassembly

• Overview: To make your move easier, we offer to disassemble bulky furniture before the move and reassemble it afterward.
• What We Provide:
  • Safe disassembly and reassembly according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Your Responsibilities:
  • Inform us at least 72 hours in advance if you need these services.
  • Provide any necessary instructions or manuals.
• Note: Certain items (e.g., cribs) may not be handled by our team.

3.2 TV Installation & Picture Hanging

• Overview: We offer professional mounting services for TVs, monitors, and artwork.
• What We Provide:
  • Assessment of the wall to select appropriate mounting hardware.
  • Secure installation following industry standards.
  • Picture, mirror and art hanging is billed at the hourly assembly rate.
• Wall Limitations:
  • We hang items only on standard drywall over wood studs. We do not hang on brick, stone, concrete, block, tile, glass, plaster and lath, or metal studs.
  • Items over 20 pounds are fastened into a stud or with anchors rated for at least twice the item’s weight; mirrors and items over 50 pounds or wider than 5 feet require a stud.
  • We do not hang items on ceilings, above 10 feet, over stairwells, or on or near fireplaces.
• Your Responsibilities:
  • Specify your desired location and confirm that the wall is suitable.
  • Secure any cables or accessories that are not part of the installation.
  • Supply the art hardware (hooks, wire, or cleats) and tell us about any wires, pipes, or in-wall heating in the wall. Rocket Services LLC is not liable for undisclosed hidden wires or pipes, or for normal patchable holes when an item is later moved.

3.3 Appliance Connection & Disconnection

• Overview: Our team safely connects or disconnects appliances such as refrigerators, washers, and dryers.
• What We Provide:
  • Connection/disconnection services following manufacturer guidelines.
  • Assistance with moving appliances if required.
• Your Responsibilities:
  • Ensure appliances are emptied, defrosted (if necessary), and that water, gas, or electrical sources are turned off. Gas appliances are not connected; a licensed professional is required.
  • Provide clear access to all necessary hookups.

4. Junk Removal, Clean Out & Cleaning Services

4.1 Junk Removal & Clean Out Services

• Overview: We help clear out unwanted items and clutter from your property.
• What We Provide:
  • Removal of designated items, debris, or trash.
  • Proper disposal, donation, or resale of items at our discretion.
• Your Responsibilities:
  • Clearly list and separate items you wish to have removed.
  • Inform us if any items require special handling or disposal procedures.

4.2 Cleaning Services

• Overview: Our cleaning services ensure your space is left clean and ready for new occupants.
• What We Provide:
  • Deep cleaning of designated areas as per a pre‑agreed checklist.
  • Removal of packaging materials and debris if requested.
• Your Responsibilities:
  • Remove personal valuables and items not intended for cleaning.
  • Provide any specific cleaning instructions.

5. Courier, Delivery, Hauling & Transport Services

• Overview: We offer secure and reliable transport services for parcels, documents, furniture, and equipment.
• What We Provide:
  • Pickup and delivery of items with live location sharing during the run and photo proof of delivery (and a signature when someone is present).
  • Safe handling of items during loading, transit, and unloading.
• Your Responsibilities:
  • Pack items securely and label them clearly.
  • Provide accurate delivery addresses and any necessary access instructions (e.g., gate codes).

6. Expedited Delivery Options

• Overview: For urgent or specific delivery needs, we offer several expedited service options.
• What We Provide:
  • Hot Shot Service: Direct, rapid delivery for time-sensitive shipments.
  • Mid-Mile Service: Transport between key points with flexible scheduling.
  • Last-Mile Service: Delivery from a local hub directly to your final destination.
  • Less Than Truckload (LTL): Efficient transport for shipments that do not require a full truck.
  • Pricing: Mid-Mile, Last-Mile, and LTL runs are priced the same as Hot Shot service.
• Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide detailed and accurate pickup and delivery information.
  • Understand that expedited services may incur additional charges and must be scheduled in advance.

7. Other Available Services

The following services are also available, subject to availability and to the prices posted on our website at the time of booking. Each is summarized below; the booking confirmation lists the exact scope of your service.

7.1 Specialty Items (Pianos and Safes)

• What We Provide: Moving of spinet pianos, small console pianos, and gun or home safes up to 400 pounds, with a crew of 3 movers.
• Your Responsibilities: Provide the make and model or weight when booking, empty and unbolt safes before the crew arrives, and note any stairs. Items over 400 pounds and spiral staircases are not accepted, and the crew may decline an item that is over the limit on the day of service.

7.2 Floor, Door, and Banister Protection

• What We Provide: Floor runners, door jamb protectors, and banister covers, added to a move as an add-on.
• Note: Dollies are not brought inside a home without floor protection.

7.3 Moving Supplies and Rentals

• What We Provide: Boxes, packing kits, wrap, blankets, mattress covers, and reusable bin rentals, delivered by the crew with a booked service.
• Your Responsibilities: Add supplies when booking or by contacting our office. Supplies are billed on the job invoice and are not sold on their own.

7.4 Storage Units

• What We Provide: Storage in shared, company-access units and small portable storage, billed weekly or monthly. Our crew moves items in and out.
• Your Responsibilities: Items are accessed only by our team; customers do not have direct access to storage units.

7.5 Dumpster Rental and Portable Container Coordination

• What We Provide: We coordinate roll-off dumpsters and portable moving containers through partner companies, subject to availability. The price is the partner’s price plus a coordination fee per dumpster or container.
• Your Responsibilities: Provide a suitable placement location and any required street permits, and follow the partner’s weight limits and prohibited-item rules.

7.6 Donation and E-Waste Drop-Off

• What We Provide: Drop-off of donatable items and electronics at donation centers and recyclers, added to another service.
• Your Responsibilities: Donated items must be clean, in good working condition, and reusable.

7.7 Rental Turnover Services

• What We Provide: Drywall patching, spot repainting, wall cleaning, and carpet cleaning for landlords and property managers, with a bundle discount when all four are booked for the same unit.
• Your Responsibilities: Provide photos or a video walkthrough at booking, and supply matching paint for spot repainting.

7.8 Evictions and Clean Outs

• What We Provide: Removal of belongings and debris from a unit after an eviction or for a property clean out, priced by unit size or hourly.
• Your Responsibilities: Confirm legal authority to remove the items and coordinate any required law enforcement presence.

7.9 Pressure Washing

• What We Provide: Pressure washing of driveways, patios, walkways, and similar exterior surfaces.
• Your Responsibilities: Clear the work area and move vehicles, furniture, and other items off the surfaces to be washed.

7.10 Snow Removal

• What We Provide: Per-visit snow removal and seasonal contracts for residential and commercial properties, starting at a set snowfall trigger.
• Your Responsibilities: Mark obstacles such as curbs, sprinkler heads, and landscaping before the season.

7.11 Christmas Light Installation

• What We Provide: Seasonal installation and removal of holiday lights on single-story homes.
• Your Responsibilities: Provide the light hooks or clips. Lights can be supplied by Rocket Services for an additional fee.

7.12 College Summer Storage

• What We Provide: Summer pickup, storage, and return delivery for students, with bins or boxes depending on the bundle selected.
• Your Responsibilities: Pack and label items by the scheduled pickup date unless full-service packing is booked.

7.13 Rocket Concierge

• What We Provide: White glove coordination by a single point of contact who plans, books, and schedules every part of a project, including partner services, for a coordination fee per project.
• Your Responsibilities: Describe the project and provide an inventory, photos, or a video walkthrough so the plan and pricing can be set.

7.14 Subscription Plans

• What We Provide: Monthly plans for recurring needs, such as property manager and business delivery accounts, billed monthly.
• Your Responsibilities: Review the plan terms at sign-up. Plans renew automatically and may be cancelled at any time, running to the end of the paid month.

8. Service Types at a Glance

The following summarizes the types of services Rocket Services LLC offers. The services available at any time, and their prices, are those listed on our website; the booking confirmation sets the exact scope of your service. Brand names are used only to describe the items or equipment we work with; Rocket Services LLC is not affiliated with those companies.

• Moving: Residential, apartment, and whole-home moves; partial, small, same-day (subject to availability), and flat-rate moves; white glove, senior, military, and college and dorm moves; office, commercial, retail, school, and church moves; storage unit moves; furniture, appliance, and gym equipment moving; event moving; and moves within Colorado.
• Specialty and Oversized Items: Pianos and safes up to 400 pounds, pool tables, grandfather clocks, art and antiques, and other oversized items, subject to weight limits and a quote where required.
• Hourly Helpers (Labor Only): Loading and unloading of rental trucks (such as U-Haul, Penske, and Budget), freight trucks, trailers, portable containers (such as PODS, U-Box, U-Pack, and Pack-Rat), and storage units; dumpster loading; heavy item handling; furniture rearranging and staging help; event setup and takedown; and flat-rate loading and unloading.
• Packing and Unpacking: Full-home, partial, and room-by-room packing; white glove, senior, military, college, and office and commercial packing; same-day packing (subject to availability); flat-rate packing; and unpacking.
• Assembly and Installation: Furniture assembly and disassembly (including IKEA and other brands, beds, desks, dressers, dining sets, office furniture and cubicles, and outdoor furniture); playsets, trampolines, basketball hoops, above-ground pools, grills, pool tables, and exercise equipment; TV mounting and unmounting; picture, mirror, and art hanging; and appliance installation and disconnection (electric only).
• Junk Removal: Household items, furniture, appliances (including refrigerators and freezers), mattresses and box springs, electronics and e-waste, yard waste, construction and renovation debris (such as drywall, tile, cabinets, decks, sheds, and fences), hot tubs, playground equipment, scrap metal and wood, pallets, office furniture and cubicles, Christmas trees (seasonal), and junk removal for businesses, property managers, and HOAs.
• Clean Outs: House, apartment, garage, basement, attic, crawl space, shed, backyard, and storage unit clean outs; estate and bereavement, hoarding, eviction, foreclosure and REO, and rental property clean outs; renovation and construction site clean outs; office, commercial, retail, restaurant, warehouse, school, and church clean outs; and home decluttering.
• Cleaning: Move-in, move-out, and vacancy cleaning, hourly or flat-rate.
• Courier, Pickup, and Delivery: Furniture and appliance pickup and delivery; heavy and bulky items; office, medical, and gym equipment; hardware and home improvement items; landscaping and construction materials; storage unit pickup and delivery; travel trailer transport; store pickups (such as Home Depot, Lowe’s, Walmart, Best Buy, American Furniture Warehouse, Big Lots, Ace Hardware, and IKEA); online marketplace purchases; and same-day courier service (subject to availability).
• Hot Shot and Business Freight: Mid-mile, last-mile, and LTL deliveries; medical supplies for clinics; flowers and plants; manufacturing components; equipment rental and event freight; construction, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical supplies; school supplies; luggage and lost items; e-commerce orders; retail and wholesale goods; and auto parts and tires.
• Pressure Washing: House and siding, fences, decks, driveways and concrete, and soft washing.
• Snow Removal: Residential, commercial, and sidewalk snow removal, salt and de-icing, and seasonal contracts.
• Storage: Standard and climate-controlled storage units and small portable storage, with company access only.
• College Services: Dorm move-out and fall return, and the college summer storage bundle.
• Property Services: Rental turnover services (drywall patching, spot repainting, wall cleaning, and carpet cleaning) and eviction services.
