Appendix F

September 28, 2026 at 8:11:40 PM

This Appendix outlines how Rocket Services LLC schedules, coordinates, and manages the logistics of your move. Our aim is to ensure that your service is timely, efficient, and as stress‑free as possible. Please review the details below.

1. Scheduling & Confirmation
  • Booking Confirmation:
    • Once you book our services, we will send you a detailed confirmation via email. This confirmation will include:
      • Service Date & Time: The scheduled date and an estimated arrival window (typically a two‑hour period).
      • Service Details: A summary of the services to be provided, including any special instructions or additional services requested.
    • We encourage you to review the confirmation carefully and notify us immediately of any discrepancies or required changes.
  • Advance Notice for Changes:
    • If you need to reschedule or change any details of your move, please notify us as soon as possible. Rescheduling and changes to the crew size, truck, or add-ons require at least 72 hours’ notice; later changes are subject to availability. Timely updates help us adjust our planning and resources, avoiding delays or extra charges.
2. Arrival Windows & Communication
  • Arrival Window:
    • We strive to arrive within the specified two‑hour window provided in your booking confirmation.
    • In the event of any delays or unexpected circumstances, our team will contact you promptly with an updated arrival time.
  • On-Site Communication:
    • Upon arrival, a team leader will introduce themselves and review the planned tasks with you or your designated representative.
    • Throughout the service, the team leader will serve as the primary point of contact for any questions, clarifications, or special instructions.
3. Weather & Safety Considerations
  • Weather Conditions:
    • Safety is our priority. If unsafe weather conditions (e.g., heavy snow, rain, ice, severe storms) occur, we reserve the right to postpone or reschedule services.
    • In such cases, you will be notified as soon as possible, and we will work with you to arrange an alternative service date.
    • Please note that rescheduling due to weather may result in adjustments to your service date without additional liability on our part.
4. Breaks and Time Extensions
  • Scheduled Breaks:
    • As required by Colorado labor rules, team members take short paid rest breaks (about 10 minutes for every 4 hours), which are part of your billed service time. On services lasting longer than five hours, our team takes one meal break of 30–60 minutes around the five-hour mark.
    • Meal breaks are planned to minimize disruption and are not included in your paid service time.
  • Short Rest Periods:
    • In addition to scheduled rest breaks, team members may take brief water or rest pauses during the service as needed for safety.
  • Additional Time or Extensions:
    • If unforeseen circumstances (e.g., unexpected obstacles, additional items, or complex service requirements) cause delays, we will notify you immediately.
    • Any additional service time beyond the booked period will be communicated and billed at the agreed hourly rate.
    • If you anticipate that extra time may be needed, please let us know in advance so we can discuss possible adjustments to your booking.
5. Mid-Service Termination & Alternative Solutions
  • Mid‑Service Termination:
    • If you decide to halt or pause services after they have started (for example, after the truck is loaded), you must notify the team leader immediately.
  • Alternative Solutions:
    • In cases of mid‑service termination, we offer several options, which may include:
      • Return to Origin: Returning the loaded truck to the original pickup location and unloading items.
      • Temporary Storage: Holding your items in secure storage (at your expense) until you decide to resume service.
      • Alternative Delivery: Delivering your items to an alternate location, if feasible.
      • Self‑Unloading: Allowing you to unload the items yourself or with the assistance of a third party (with appropriate release of liability).
    • Fees & Liabilities:
      • Additional fees (for extra labor, fuel, or storage) may apply based on the chosen option.
      • A separate release form will be required, and you will be responsible for any associated costs.
  • Notification Requirement:
    • Any decision to terminate or alter the service mid‑move must be communicated promptly and directly to the team leader.
6. Late or Missed Appointments
  • If We’re Late:
    • In the event that our team is delayed due to factors within our control (such as scheduling errors or vehicle issues), we will notify you and work to complete the service as quickly as possible.
  • Missed Appointments:
    • If for any reason our team misses the agreed arrival window, we will reschedule at the earliest available time. Any costs related to rescheduling will be handled according to the terms outlined in your Main Agreement.
  • Your Cooperation:
    • Timely access and clear instructions on the day of service help avoid delays. Please ensure that you or your representative is available and that any necessary access arrangements (like elevator reservations or parking permits) are in place.
7. General Time Management & Resource Coordination
  • Resource Allocation:
    • We plan our services based on the information provided by you. Accurate details (regarding the number of items, service locations, and any obstacles) help us allocate the appropriate amount of time and resources.
  • Progress Updates:
    • Our team leader will provide periodic updates during the move, particularly if additional time or adjustments are necessary.
  • Efficiency & Quality:
    • Our goal is to complete your service as efficiently as possible without compromising quality or safety. We appreciate your understanding if unforeseen circumstances require minor adjustments to the schedule.

This Appendix F is a complete and detailed explanation of our scheduling, logistics, and time management policies. It ensures that you understand what to expect on the day of your move, including how we handle delays, breaks, and any mid‑service changes. If you have any questions or need further clarification about these policies, please contact our customer service team before your service date.
