Same-Building & Next-Door Moves is billed at the In-Home Moves hourly rate, so you only pay for the time we work.

2-hour minimum, then billed in 15-minute increments. Plus $1 per round-trip mile from our Aurora base (80017), stairs $20 per flight after the first, and $79 for same-day jobs.

How far apart can the buildings be?
Close enough to carry on foot, like across a complex, an office park or a quiet street. Farther than that, you rent the truck and we load and unload it.
Does my building need your insurance certificate?
Many do. Request it when you book and we'll send it.
Is there a truck fee?
No. There's never a truck fee.
