Building Rocket Services LLC with Heart and Community Support
🍕 Ah, it all began with a slice of pizza and a favor for some friends! 🚚🤝
Our journey into the world of moving services started with a delicious bribe of pizza from our friends, who needed some extra muscle and a bit of truck space. Little did we know, that pizza-fueled endeavor would launch Rocket Services LLC!
What started as a friendly gesture quickly turned into a passion for helping people with their moves. After a series of events, we realized we had the skills, dedication, and enthusiasm to make the moving process smoother, more affordable, and enjoyable for everyone. Over the years, we've assisted numerous companies as contractors, honing our skills and expertise in the moving industry.
From that humble beginning, we've grown into a trusted moving company, dedicated to providing stellar moving and junk removal services. Today, we bring over 15 years of combined experience to every move, ensuring your peace of mind and satisfaction. Now, we have the privilege of assisting wonderful people and awesome companies with their moving and junk removal needs. Meet the Founder
Hello, I am Ashley, born and raised in Puerto Rico. Some would say I am the heart and soul behind the scenes at Rocket Services LLC. I have a background in business administration and have recently developed expertise in logistics, overseeing operations to ensure that every move is executed smoothly and efficiently.
Family Foundation
In 2023, my family lost a steady main source of income, which was one of the main reasons we started this business. It was a tough time but luckily, we were also doing deliveries and moving labor as a “side-hustle”. With a background in business ownership, my family and I combined our expertise with a genuine desire to make a difference, starting a disruptive moving company in Colorado.
Supportive Community
From the very beginning, our family and friends have been the foundation of Rocket Services LLC. Owning a business comes with so many hurdles. Our closest friends and family have been invaluable in providing their expertise, support, advice, and practical assistance. Many of them were our very first customers, brought to us our first referrals, or helped us with our first gigs, making our initial journey filled with love and support, but pizza-free. They have supported us through this journey, including offering their garage space to allow for our bigger junk removal jobs when we began to scale. We are so lucky to have them in our lives and deeply appreciate their contributions.

In the beginning, our model fit the mold of other popular moving companies, but we quickly realized that maintaining large operations increases costs for our customers. Our commitment is to customer satisfaction, and it is evident in every aspect of our business, from the meticulous behind-the-scenes planning stages to the final delivery of services. Our personal involvement and dedication to excellence have been instrumental in our company's growth.
Affordable Solutions
For our customers, we have shifted our focus to more affordable solutions, allowing clients to choose their needs and control their budget. This approach has been a game-changer, saving time for our customers and allowing customization every step of the way. Initially, we started with moving labor and deliveries in a pickup, then expanded to include a large trailer for junk removal and small relocations. Today, we have excellent recommendations, access to larger trucks, and continue to grow through referrals.

We have also built beautiful relationships with seniors in our community who often need help with handyman and heavy lifting services. Our hearts melt every time they call, we add them to our existing route and provide discounted services. We truly love to hear from them and assist as much as possible during our visits.

We aspire to continue growing and supporting our community. Our goal is to transform Rocket Services LLC into a generational blessing, where our children, who currently help us wash trucks, change oil, organize tools, write content for our website, and contribute to our blog, can learn valuable skills and explore different aspects of running a business. No matter which path they choose, we aim to be role models, demonstrating how people should be treated and respected, so they can continue to be a blessing and serve others, no matter who they are, what they do, or where they come from.
