At Rocket Services LLC – Haul, Junk & Moving, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take every precaution to protect your belongings, but we understand that sometimes unexpected issues can arise.
That's why we’ve designed a claims process that is clear, efficient, and fair.
Our goal is to resolve your claim quickly so you can move forward with confidence.
Quick & Fair Claims Process
Step 1: Review Our Claim Policy
Before submitting a claim, please take a moment to review our full Claims Policy.
It explains what is covered and helps set clear expectations for the process.
Fast Facts from Our Policy:

📅 Submit your claim within 7 days of your service date.

📸 Provide time-stamped photos (before and after, if possible).

✍️ All claims must be submitted in writing (online form only).

⏳ Claims are reviewed within 7–10 business days after receiving complete information.

🚚 Keep any damaged items until your claim is fully resolved.
Step 2: Prepare Your Documentation
Gather the following details before starting your claim form:

Your full name and contact information
-
Service date
-
Pickup and drop-off addresses
-
Insurance coverage selected (Released Value Protection or Full Value Protection)
-
Description of the issue (damaged or lost items)
-
Time-stamped photos showing the damage
Important for FVP clients:
If you selected Full Value Protection, you must submit pre-service, time-stamped photographs of service areas and important items, taken at least 48 hours before your move.
(If you didn’t select FVP, providing these photos is still strongly recommended.)
Also include:

A copy of your Service Agreement or FVP receipt (if available)
Having everything ready helps us process your claim faster!
Step 3: Submit Your Claim

Complete the online Claim Form and attach your documentation.

If you need to send additional documents after submitting, email them to claims@rocketservicesllc.com.

Note: All new claims must be submitted through the online form first.
⚡ Please retain possession of any damaged items until your claim is fully reviewed and resolved.
Step 4: Claim Review
Once we receive all required information:

Our Claims Team will review your claim within 7–10 business days.

We may contact you if we need more details to better understand your situation.
Step 5: Resolution
Based on your selected coverage and the details of your claim, we may offer one or more of the following:

🛠️ Repair of the damaged item (if feasible)

🔄 Replacement with a comparable item
-
💵 Partial compensation based on the depreciated value of the item
-
🔧 Other solutions that we determine to be fair under the circumstances
All settlement offers will be provided in writing and require your acceptance before proceeding.

We do not provide claim updates or decisions over the phone, by text, in person, or via chat — email only ensures clear and accurate records for both sides.
