We understand that plans can change! Use this form to request a date/time change or to cancel your upcoming service with Rocket Services LLC. We’ll review your request and follow up as soon as possible.

Is there a fee for rescheduling?
How do I reschedule my service?
You can reschedule up to two times at no charge if you notify us at least 72 hours in advance. Short-notice changes may be subject to additional fees.
Just fill out our Change or Cancel Request Form and provide three alternative dates and time windows that work for you. A team member will follow up to confirm what’s available.
What if I need to cancel completely?
We understand that plans change. Cancellations must be submitted in writing and are subject to the following:

48+ hours in advance: $25 or 3% of your invoice (whichever is greater)

24–48 hours before service: Charged for 2 hours or half the flat fee

Less than 24 hours: Full charge applies
How do I know my request went through?
We’ll try again after five minutes. If we still can’t reach you, you’ll get an email with a link to reschedule.
Can I change my service type or location?
Yes — if you're updating what we’re doing (e.g., adding junk removal or changing the address), let us know in the notes section of the form. We’ll do our best to accommodate, and may provide a revised estimate.
What’s considered “business hours” for cancellation?
Our business hours are typically:

Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm MST
Sat: 9am-6pm MST
Sun: 11am-6pm MST
Requests sent outside these hours will be reviewed the next business day.
What if my new dates aren't available?
We’ll do our best to match one of your preferred options. If none are available, we’ll offer the closest alternatives based on crew and truck availability.
What if I had an emergency or unavoidable conflict?
We understand that unexpected situations happen. If you had an emergency that prevented you from giving notice, please still complete the Change or Cancel Request Form and explain your situation in the notes. While our policy applies in most cases, we’ll always review exceptional circumstances with care and do our best to work with you.
