Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Rocket Services LLC Loyalty Program (“Rocket Rewards”). These terms and conditions outline the rules and benefits of participating in our program. By joining Rocket Rewards, you agree to the following:

🧾 1. Eligibility

• The program is open to individuals aged 18 or older.

• Only one loyalty account is allowed per person.

• Rocket Rewards is available to customers who create an account on RocketServicesLLC.com.

🎯 2. Earning Points

• Points are awarded for qualifying activities such as:

  • Booking and completing paid services

  • Signing up for an account

  • Participating in promotions, events, or referrals

• Points may take up to 7 business days after job completion to appear in your account.

• Points are non-transferable and have no cash value.

💸 3. Redeeming Rewards

• Points can be redeemed for available rewards shown on the Rocket Rewards dashboard.

• All redemptions are subject to approval and availability.

• Only one reward may be used per transaction.

• Rocket Credit is valid toward regular-priced services only and may not be combined with other discounts or referral codes unless otherwise stated.

• Rewards may be subject to blackout dates or minimum booking requirements.

🧾 4. Program Tiers

• Rocket Rewards includes tier levels (Basic, Silver, Gold) based on total points earned.

• Benefits and point-earning rates increase as you move to higher tiers.

• Tier upgrades are automatic and based on your total earned points.

• Rocket Services reserves the right to modify tier thresholds or benefits at any time.

🎁 5. Referral Rewards

• To earn a referral reward, your referred friend must book and complete a service using your referral code or name.

• You will receive your reward (Rocket Credit or Amazon Gift Card) within 7 days of the referred job’s completion.

• Referral rewards cannot be earned for referring yourself or anyone living at the same address.

🔄 6. Expiration & Adjustments

• Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity.

• Rocket Services reserves the right to adjust point balances in the case of fraud, cancellation, or error.

• We may modify or cancel rewards, point values, or the program at any time with or without notice.

🔐 7. Privacy

• Your data is used only for account management, communication, and rewards processing in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
