Pricing includes labor, loading, disposal fees, and up to 25 miles of travel from our Aurora warehouse. Additional mileage is billed separately at $0.99 per mile.

🔺 Special Item Upcharges

Certain items require special handling or disposal due to environmental regulations or local fees. These are quoted individually:

  • Appliances with Freon (refrigerators, freezers, wine coolers, A/C units) → require certified disposal.

  • Electronics (TVs, monitors, printers, etc.) → subject to e-waste recycling fees.

  • Mattresses & Box Springs → require special processing at landfills.

We do not remove:

  • Hazardous materials (paint, chemicals, fuel, etc.)

  • Biohazardous waste

  • Batteries

  • Tires

  • Asbestos or contaminated materials
