About the Role
Rocket Services LLC is a fast-growing, people-first brand serving customers across Colorado. We’re hiring a part-time Marketing Associate to help us attract customers and talent through smart content, outreach, and digital strategy.
If you're creative, organized, and passionate about helping small businesses grow, this role is for you. You'll work closely with leadership to support social media, email, and hiring campaigns — all on a flexible schedule. Whether you're just getting started in marketing or want to sharpen your skills with a real, local brand, this is your chance to make an impact.
📈 What You’ll Do
Assist in planning and posting content across social media platforms
Help write local job ads, web content, and customer messaging
Track campaign performance and suggest improvements
Coordinate review collection and testimonials
Support SEO efforts through keyword research and page updates
Communicate directly with the team to align on marketing goals
🧱 What We’re Looking For
Able to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly and work on your feet
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience in moving, labor, or logistics preferred
Driver’s license required (clean record preferred)
Available to lead at least 2+ shifts/week
Reliable smartphone and transportation
Background check required before starting
Must sign a confidentiality NDA to work on internal brand and client projects
Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. and pass E-Verify

Base Pay: $16–$25/hr
Bonuses: Bonuses for campaigns based on closed leads and booked jobs

Pay Frequency: Every Friday
Work Type: Project-based, part-time
