About the Role
Rocket Services is looking for a reliable, organized, and hardworking Team Leader to lead moving and junk removal crews in the field. You’ll be responsible for running projects smoothly, managing your team, communicating with clients, and ensuring jobs are completed on time and to our standards.
This is a hands-on role — you’ll be doing physical work alongside the crew, while also being the point of contact and decision-maker on site.

👷 What You’ll Do
Load, unload, and move items safely and efficiently
Oversee 1–3 crew members on each job
Track hours and tips through our app
Communicate clearly with customers and represent Rocket with professionalism
Drive company vehicles (if eligible) or coordinate transportation
Problem-solve onsite (e.g., tricky furniture moves, timing issues, customer requests)
Ensure tools, materials, and team are prepared for success
Enforce safety procedures and company standards on every job
🧱 What We’re Looking For
Able to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly and work on your feet
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience in moving, labor, or logistics preferred
Driver’s license required (clean record preferred)
Available to lead at least 2+ shifts/week
Reliable smartphone and transportation
Background check required before starting
Must sign a confidentiality NDA to work on internal brand and client projects
Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. and pass E-Verify
💵 Pay & Work Details
💰 Pay
Base Pay: $26–$32/hr
Tips: Often $20–$100+ per project (not guaranteed)
Bonuses: Available on select jobs
