ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
The Customer acknowledges and understands that the Non-Standard Task may carry inherent risks, including but not limited to:
Property damage (e.g., scratches, dents, breakage)
Structural damage (e.g., to walls, doors, flooring, elevators, or landscaping)
Personal injury (to Customer, Company employees, or third parties)
By signing below, the Customer voluntarily accepts all risks associated with the Non-Standard Task and agrees that Rocket Services LLC and its employees, contractors, or agents will not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from the performance of the requested task.
WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
The Customer releases and forever discharges Rocket Services LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, or legal actions arising out of or relating to the Non-Standard Task, including but not limited to claims resulting from negligence.
NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE
Rocket Services LLC makes no warranty or guarantee regarding the safe transport, movement, or placement of the listed items. The Customer understands there is no assurance that the items will remain free from damage.
INDEMNIFICATION
The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Rocket Services LLC against any and all claims, demands, losses, or legal fees resulting from damages, injuries, or other consequences related to the Non-Standard Task.
CUSTOMER INSTRUCTIONS & UNDERSTANDING
The Customer affirms that they have:
Provided clear instructions to Rocket Services LLC regarding the handling of the item(s)
Been informed of potential risks by the Company Representative
Acknowledged that additional manpower, equipment, or alternative solutions were offered to reduce risks (for an additional cost) but were declined by the Customer
CUSTOMER AFFIRMATION
The Customer certifies that:
They have carefully read this Waiver and fully understand its contents
They voluntarily agree to the terms of this Waiver
They had the opportunity to ask questions and understand that no oral statements or representations contrary to this Waiver were made
