ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
The Customer understands and acknowledges that the Non-Standard Task may carry inherent risks, including but not limited to:
Property damage (e.g., scratches, dents, or breakage)
Structural damage to the building or surrounding areas
Personal injury to Customer, Company employees, or third parties
The Customer voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the Non-Standard Task and agrees that Rocket Services LLC and its employees, contractors, or agents shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from the performance of the requested task.
WAIVER AND RELEASE
The Customer hereby releases, waives, and forever discharges Rocket Services LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or legal actions arising out of or related to the Non-Standard Task, including but not limited to negligence.
NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE
The Customer understands that Rocket Services LLC does not guarantee the safe transport or placement of the items described above and does not provide any warranty for the condition of these items after being moved.
INDEMNIFICATION
The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Rocket Services LLC from any claims, demands, losses, or legal fees resulting from any damages or injuries related to the Non-Standard Task.
CUSTOMER'S INSTRUCTIONS AND AWARENESS
The Customer confirms that they have provided clear instructions to the moving crew regarding the handling of the above-listed items and acknowledges that the crew may have expressed concerns about their ability to safely move the items with the current resources, including but not limited to number of movers, available equipment, or other conditions.
ADDITIONAL RESOURCES
The Customer understands that they have the option to request additional manpower or specialized equipment at an additional cost to ensure the safe handling of these items but have declined such services for this move.
CUSTOMER REPRESENTATION
The Customer affirms that they have carefully read this Waiver, fully understand its contents, and voluntarily agree to its terms. The Customer further acknowledges that they have been given the opportunity to ask questions and that no verbal representations contrary to this Waiver have been made.
