How to Refer Someone

 

1. Share the Application Link
Send your referral the official Rocket Services job application form—by text, email, or DM—whatever works best.

2. Make Sure They Credit You
When applying, they must select “Referred by a friend” under How did you hear about us?
Then, they must enter your full name and phone number in the referral section. This step is required to ensure you get credit.

3. We’ll Take It From There
Once they apply, our hiring team handles the rest. If they’re hired and complete 30 days of work, your referral bonus will be added to your paycheck automatically.

Important Rules

• Your referral must list you as their source when applying.

• Only one person can receive the referral bonus per hire.

• Referrals must be new to Rocket (not previous applicants or employees).

• You must be actively employed at the time the bonus is paid.
