At Rocket Services LLC, we believe in delivering high-quality service with professionalism, respect, and care. While tipping is never required, many of our clients choose to tip as a way to show appreciation for a job well done.

We want to make the process simple and transparent — here’s what you need to know:

Is tipping expected?

No. Tipping is always optional. Our crew members are paid fair wages as W‑2 employees. That said, if your crew goes above and beyond and you’d like to show your appreciation, a tip is always appreciated and 100% goes to the workers.

How much do people usually tip?

There’s no set amount, but here are some common ranges based on the type and size of the service:

Common ranges by job type:

• Small jobs (1–2 hours): $10–$20 per crew member
• Half-day jobs: $20–$40 per crew member
• Full-day jobs: $40–$100+ per crew member
• Heavy lifting or junk removal: $10–$30 per crew member
• Exceptional service: 20-25% of service total

Any amount that feels right to you!

You can tip in cash, via the final invoice, or by Venmo, Zelle, or Cash App — just ask your crew which method they prefer.

Can I include a tip on my invoice?

Yes! Our team can add the gratuity when you receive your final invoice. If you’d prefer to tip via another method or split it between crew members, just let us know and we’re happy to help.
