At Rocket Services, we want to make sure you have access to meaningful financial tools—whether you're part-time, or working project to project. That’s why we’ve made it easy for you to start saving for retirement through our retirement savings program.
This state-run program helps you build your future with automatic contributions to your own personal retirement account—with no action needed unless you want to customize or opt out.
What’s Available?
Through our retirement savings program, you’ll get access to:

Roth IRA Retirement Savings – A retirement account in your name with tax-free growth and no penalties when you retire

Automatic Payroll Contributions – 5% of your paycheck (after taxes) is automatically deposited into your Roth IRA

Custom Options – You can change your savings rate, investment selections, or beneficiaries anytime

Flexible Participation – You can opt out or rejoin at any time—it’s completely up to you
How to Get Started
If you do nothing, you’ll be automatically enrolled 30 days after your hire date.

Click “Sign In” or “Set Up Your Account”

Customize your savings or opt out before the 30-day deadline
📌 Don’t want to participate? Be sure to opt out before your first paycheck after the 30-day window to avoid automatic deductions.
Who Is It For?
All Rocket Services employees who:

Are at least 18 years old

Have earned taxable wages in Colorado for 180+ days

Want a simple, flexible way to start saving for the future
Whether you’re just getting started or thinking long-term, it’s an easy way to invest in yourself.
Is This Employer-Sponsored?
This retirement program is not a group retirement plan sponsored by Rocket Services. It’s a state-run savings program that we are required to offer access to as your employer. Your account belongs to you, and you control how much (or whether) you contribute.
